(Introduction of Information and Public Relations Department)
The Department of Information and Public Relations creates the development awareness and communication among all sections of the people particularly the weaker sections and women by operating the Department's tools of Mass Media Communication combined with intensive publicity and public relations. The Department obtains feedback from the people, which serve as a potential instrument in the formation of public opinion and thus acts as a bridge between the Government and People. A well-informed and responsive public benefited through various development schemes of the Government in a humanized administration like ours has been made possible by enlightening and enlisting the cooperation of the people. In a humanized administration like ours the success of various development schemes of the Government lies with the cooperation of people which could be possible in creating awareness in the cross section of the society about these schemes.
